To clarify something you wrote, the cabin will slow down for old people or guest with walking aid. The cabin will stop for wheelchair (with staff assisting). As for the boarding time, it's best recommended for you to come at the time stated on your ticket. But if you do miss the time, you can board the next approaching cabin (and you only need to wait for a few minutes). Unless during holidays (e.g National Day when everybody want to watch the fireworks up there ^^) and coporate events, etc. Otherwise you do not need to worry about arriving later than the boarding time.
