I’ve been busy installing apps inside my iPhone. I ordered the iPhone on the 28th Feb 2008 and it came on the 12th March 2008. It was an Out-of-Box Firmware 1.1.3 with Bootloader 4.6. I unlocked/jailbreaked/activated it using iPlus 2.0 with Internation payload. It was fully working after i did the “iplus -u” and that means mail/youtube/stock/weather/locateme/call/sms/wifi was all working. At the end, I obtained an iPhone with Firmware 1.1.4 with 3.9FakeBlank Bootloader on 4.05 Baseband. I’m very impressed by the iPhone. The sms isn’t as difficult as it would be and as time goes by, you can eventually typed faster. (If you were thinking how come I know so much about iPhone hacking, that is because I did 3 full weeks of intensive research on hacking the iPhone. 1 week pior to my purchase and 2 weeks while I was waiting for my phone)

I’ve also ordered an SENA Ultraslim Pouch and waiting for them to ship to me. Apparently, my status is still “Pending Fufillment” and I don’t know how long would they take to ship to me. So, tested out my iPhone for 1 day and will be reverting back to my Nokia N82 for the time being till I get my case and my screen Martin Field-ed (Scare of scratches).

I was considering Seidio Innocase instead of SENA Ultraslim Pouch. The problem is that the Innocase is too expensive after shipping. Their Fedex shipping cost USD$25 ! And the total cost would be about SGD$80 which I think it is not really worth. I’ve read alot, and I really mean alot of reviews on iPhone cases. Most scratches your phone. From incase slider to agent18 eco, the issues on scratches made to the phone was brought up. Those that don’t scratch are utterly ugly, just like Switch Easy Capsule, Contour cases and many more. Oh, if you’re were thinking about Cozip case, I don’t see any point of having a case that only covers the back of the iPhone. The only part that is “scratchable” at the back is the Apple logo.
