Things have been going really well for me ! I recieved my Letter of Offer from NUS on 20th of March 2009. However, I knew that I was accepted via the NUS Undergraduate Admission System yesterday (19th of March 2009). The result of admission this year is superbly fast (atleast for me). I told my brother and he didn’t believe me, cause he was accepted only in early June while now is only end of March !

I registered on 1st Feb 2009 which was the registration opening date and got accepted on 18th March 2009 ! And yes, I’ll be accepting the offer from NUS since this is my first choice (in terms of University and course).

Wonder why is NUS so fast and NTU so god damn slow ?! Still haven’t heard any news from NTU yet ~

Received my result via iChat email yesterday around 1.22am. I’m very pleased with my results as it was my goal to attain atleast once GPA 4.0 in my poly life and I finally did it. My hardwork for that intensive project-cum-exam month paid off ! And, with my diploma awarded, I’m officially graduated from tertiary education (just without the ceremony). Hope that I would atleast get a Diploma with Merit which would certainly help me in my entry to NUS.

After years of using the off-center layout, I’ve finally able to overcome the laziness in me to create a new wordpress theme ! Its actually quite taxing to do a wordpress theme. You first have to create the layout in Photoshop, than you need to convert it in .html aka CSS it. Only after that, would you able to convert it to a wordpress theme.

My previous layout is not user friendly. Too small space for text, font too small for reading, off center layout, etc etc. Therefore, in the current layout, I made everything bigger ! I would think that it will be easier to read the content from now on. And I hope with the change of theme to a “brighter” one, my future would also be as bright ! LOL.

I do know that the current layout is a little plain, but as the Web 2.0 Design Principles says “Simplicity is good” !

PS: I’m getting my last sem result in a few hours time ! Hope that I would do well~
